Get a taste of how we will stage your home to sell.Home Staging Photo Galleries
Both purchasing and selling a home can be a highly emotional experience. Buyers often make decisions based purely on emotions rather than logic. So, one of the most important goals of home staging is to create an emotional connection with prospective purchasers and our seller clients’ properties. How do we do this? By using super creative and strategic staging that we have learned through years of education and experience. We transform your property into a brand and market your home. Let us stage your house to sell.
Surrey House
Morgan Crossing
A brand new, never lived in house that could welcome a large family needed some life and sense of warmth that many new builds scream for was staged top to bottom in just one day!
Vancouver Condo
Yaletown
We truly enjoyed transforming this new Yaletown condo that had been furnished and decorated in a shabby-chic style when we arrived for the consultation. In order to attract the right buyer, we modernized the space, making this 800 sq. ft condo feel tremendously larger and more spacious. Downtown condo living never felt so much like home!
Coquitlam Townhome
Westwood Plateau
A little styling made this townhome a charmer! Our stylist made this bedroom that feel stylish, fresh and cozy all at the same time. We love the prints above the bed and cute little white side tables!
Richmond House
Steveston
This occupied home turned out amazing and sold in less than a month. The furniture and decor we chose really showed its full potential. But it took some strategic staging techniques to distract the buyer from some obvious flaws, such as stains in the carpets and broken tiles.
Langley Condo
Downtown Langley
This was one of the smallest spaces we have ever staged at only 350 sq. ft! Once it was completed, we were astounded at how much larger the space appeared. Small-scale furniture, a raised sofa, glass tables, and lots of mirrors created a much needed illusion of space. It felt so much more liveable after we were done!
North Vancouver House
Lynn Valley
This house was such a pleasure to stage–a brand new build by a local developer that is always creating perfectly stunning homes. With brand new, vacant houses, they may appear spotless and fresh, but they often require a bit of life to warm the spaces and make the buyer feel at home. We were so happy to be given the opportunity to furnish and decorate this one and witness the transformation.
North Vancouver
Capilano
This designer home in Edgmont Village was a challenge to decorate because we didn’t want to mask the beautiful architectural details throughout the home that made the space so amazing. We solved the problem by using a minimal, modern style in our design plan that highlighted the best features.
